I wish to express my well wishes to all the aspiring candidates in the assembly and unit committee election slated for tomorrow.
Local governance is paramount as it decentralizes accountability to the people within our localities.
I therefore urge all of you to actively participate in tomorrow's exercise in order to select pro- active assembly members who shall contribute positively towards decision making in our assemblies.
